I don't want to be a singer or anything like that, I'm more interested in jobs that don't require a special talent. I just want to have a job that allows me to be around music in any capacity.
What are some jobs in or related to the music industry?
Go to bookstores and buy some record label/producers/management company books. Most have addresses. Start sending resumes. Move to the big city where they're at, and start interning at these places. Admin, runner, advertising, street teams, radio junky, management, talent scout, etc....OR just work at a record store.
Reply:You could be a DJ (like at parties), or on the radio.
Reply:Well there are jobs in the business end of things, that have to do with accounting and management and such that pretty much reflect what you would do elsewhere in the same occupation. Ask at your local College and at Radio Stations for some advice and leads.
